Issues:

- gun coil mechanism defect - repaired
- gun trigger defect
- sometimes gun works, but then left hand side screen and top could not be aimed.
- Picture of game doesn't fit on screen

Action #1 : Cleaned the gun, completly disassembled the gun, cleaned the lens (!IMPORTANT!). ie found in the gun a little alu paper hiding the lense. That was a slap in the face :(

effect : Could aim again, but left hand side and top not aimable.

Dissambled and discharged the tube

grab the multimeter and measured the voltage according the specs:

TP1: 23,85V
TP10 : 131,6V
TP12 : 12,05V
TP13 : 25,92V
TP14 : 188,8V

TP14 is 12V less, but anyway.

Okay, voltage seems fine

Grab the ESR Meter and replaced

C42
C15

My ESR meter showed me some more caps to defect in circuit. But when they was desoldered everything was fine.

Took the chance and made an extension for the config pots.

This fix was not such simple, but finally the game picture was fitting in the screen tube. AND the best: Gun was working and aiming flawless again :)

Operation Wolf Chassis and Monitor Session

Hey,

just some close ups of the chassis and neckplate. Help me to remind where the cable goes.

Chassis is Hantarex MTC 9000, needs a cap kit though.

So I was fixing my operation wolf gun today.

Issue

1 - backblow only working sometimes
2 - Could not shoot left of screen
3- Start button stucks sometimes

First, third is fixed and second is pending














Start button cleaned.

Restauration and Repairing Operation Wolf

So, I`ve new cab : Operation Wolf. :)

Jep, Uzi Gub made of metal with blowback, Screen is mirrored in the cab and the gun works as a light gun.

Cab state on delivery:

Screen not properly adjusted, complete back side missing, dirty.

First Repait attempts:

On first start machine gun registered. Then adjusted the screen and the gun didn`t work anymore. After cleaning the screen, front glass and mirror and adjusting the screen again the gun work fine.

Despite of registering shoots the left hand side 3cm of the screen. Backblow sometimes doesn`nt work
