here's the a common ground mod for wireless xbox360 pad. Thus now it's possible to connect Sanwa or Seimitsu 5 pin connector sticks without destroying the PCB. There exists even videos how to destroy your joystick pcb by cutting traces. There's no need for this action. ;)
Adjust the resistors to 220 ohm and enjoy common ground xbox360 wireless pads.
