Madcatz TE Metal replacment for hitbox layout and Sega Button Layout

Hi again,

and finally here is an aluminium replacment for the Madcatz Fightstick Tournament Edition. My favourite Button Layout is NOT the vewlix one. I prefer the Sega Layout, coz it`s much more ergonomic.
